Upon receipt of Accelevations products, we treat and pre-treat their structures and parts to ensure that the powder coating applied is to standard, which is 5 mil. We have coated products from small screws to large caging hardware and also steel structures. Once these products are coated, they are allowed to cool to completion. Once dry, which takes usually around 3-4 hours, with other conditions contributing, they will be tested for quality, and then wrapped, per Accelevations secs to be loaded on their transportation to be shipped back to their facility. At times, we do prepare their products to go to storage and or directly to the site.
